Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SportE (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use SportE. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Tournaments, Scoring & Conduct

  • Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of tournament details, rules, and prizes.
  • Participants are responsible for entering scores honestly and in good faith.
  • You agree not to harass, impersonate, or harm other users.

5. Payments & Fees

Tournament entry fees are set and collected by organizers, not by SportE. SportE may charge platform or service fees, which will be disclosed before any charge. All payments are processed by third-party providers and are subject to their terms.

6. Assumption of Risk

Golf and related activities carry inherent risks of injury or property damage. You acknowledge these risks and agree that SportE is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from participation in any tournament or activity organized on or through the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

SportE and its content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant SportE a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportE disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportE’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to SportE in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
